| 1. | Indicate the top of your quilt with a note attached with a safety pin. |
| 2. | Your top must be clean, pressed well making sure all seams are pressed flat, points and threads clipped and removed or they may show through later, No Pins or basting. |
| 3. | Backing and batting, (if sent by customer) should be 3-4” larger on all sides than the quilt top. |
| 4. | When seaming the backing please remove all selvages from the seams and edges, as selvage will dull and break the needles on the quilting machine and may pull or damage your beautiful quilt top. |
| 5. | Again if you are supplying the backing material be sure the material for your top and back are squared up. |
| 6. | If you are supplying the binding material, for me to bind your quilt, please leave the material flat and I will cut the binding. Please allow enough material for 2¼ ' binding to be cut from it. |
| 7. | DO NOT baste or pin the top/batting/backing together. |
| 8. | Please include a sketch and instructions that might be helpful for your desired look. |
| 9. | Complete the order form, which I will be happy to help you with, special instructions, quilt top, and other material in your package. |
| 10. | Please call me at 319-290-1829 when you have mailed your quilt with an approximate receiving date so I may know when to expect it to arrive. |
